Yes! You can skip via SMS* or log into your subscription account and follow the steps below to skip your upcoming order before the charge date:
- Please log in to your account and click Manage Subscription. You can also log in to your subscription account here: https://orgain.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access
- In the Subscriptions tab, click on the active subscription you want to skip.
- Scroll below the product details and click "Skip this order", then review your next order date to confirm!
* If you opt-in for SMS reminders, you can also skip your upcoming order via text. When you receive an SMS reminder about your next shipment, reply "Modify", then reply "Skip" before the upcoming charge date.
You may receive a message asking to confirm. Reply "YES" To confirm to ensure your next subscription is skipped. If not, your order will still be processed on the charge date.
How does skipping a delivery affect my billing?
Skipping a scheduled delivery will affect how you are charged. Once you confirm your new date, your subscription will renew and bill based on the frequency selected from that date, unless further changes are made.
