Return & Exchange Policy
We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction when you shop on Orgain.com! Returns and exchanges are free. We cover the cost and will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, no extra fees involved. We simply ask that you start your return or exchange within 30 days of being fulfilled and please submit them via our Returns & Exchange center.
Refunds
You may request a refund back to the original payment method once your return is approved.
Store Credit
You may request a refund via Orgain.com gift card (store credit) once your return is approved.
Exchanges
If eligible, you may request an exchange for the same product in a different flavor. Please see policy reminders below for further details on exchanges.
Policy Reminders:
To prevent delays in processing your return request, please see below.
- All returns or exchanges must be processed via our Returns & Exchanges center.
- Use the pre-paid return label provided to you by our returns & exchange center. This allows our returns & exchange center to track your return once the package is dropped off and scanned in by the carrier.
- If you requested an exchange and your original order needs to be returned, pack and drop off your package to the carrier to get scanned into the system within 21 days of your exchange request. If your return is not scanned in to the carrier within the 21 days, the pre-paid return label will expire and will result in your payment method being charged for the exchange order that was delivered to you.
- We are not responsible for returns without an Orgain provided pre-paid return shipping label.
- Please do not refuse shipments by contacting the carriers. All returns must be shipped back using the pre-paid return shipping label given to you via the returns center so they are shipped back to the respective fulfillment center and so there are no processing delays in refunds.
- We are unable to refund to a different credit card. We can only refund to the original form of payment. If your account was issued a different card, then the bank will redirect those funds accordingly. Please contact the institution that issued the credit card to you.
Return Instructions
- You'll receive a return authorization, a pre-paid return label. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Print, pack, and drop it off to the nearest carrier location.

- Free orders, free gifts or promotional items discounted for free at checkout cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Once processed, the refund will be immediately sent back to Afterpay. Afterpay will process the refund and will show up in your installment payment plan. Your upcoming payments will be cancelled out and any paid payments will be refunded back to the card you paid on. Once processed, the refunded amount will return to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total balance, it may result in fewer payments or a smaller final payment. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method.
