Return & Exchange Policy
We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction when you shop on Orgain.com! Returns and exchanges are free. We cover the cost and will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, no extra fees involved. We simply ask that you start your return or exchange within 30 days of being fulfilled and please submit them via our Returns & Exchange center.
**Holiday Extension**
We know you may be very busy during the holiday season so we have extended our policy to give you more time. If you place an order between November 23 and December 27, your last day to start a return or exchange the order is February 5. Return or exchange, for any reason too!
Please Note the following:
- Please contact us within 30 days of your order ship date to report any issues with the order. We are not responsible for issues with the order after 30 days.
- We are not responsible for returns without an Orgain provided pre-paid return shipping label.
- To ensure refunds are processed in a timely matter, all returns or exchanges must be processed via our return & exchange center.
- Please do not refuse shipments by contacting the carriers such. All returns must be shipped back using the pre-paid return shipping label given to you via the returns center so they are shipped back to the respective fulfillment center and so there are no processing delays in refunds.

Return Instructions
- You'll receive a return authorization, a pre-paid return label. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Print, pack, and drop it off to the nearest carrier location.
Non-Refundable
- Shipping & handling fees
- Free orders, free gifts or promotional items discounted for free at checkout cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
- Orders past the 30 day return policy
Instant Credit
- You may be eligible for Instant Credit that you can use like a gift card to place a new order. Click here to learn more about Instant Credit. Please note, you are not obligated to use it, if you prefer not to use it please do not use it and you will be refunded back to the original payment type.

- If your item is eligible, you may exchange for the exact item or a different item during the exchange process.

Once processed, the refund will be immediately sent back to Afterpay. Afterpay will process the refund and will show up in your installment payment plan. Your upcoming payments will be cancelled out and any paid payments will be refunded back to the card you paid on. If your refund is less than your total balance, it may result in fewer payments or a smaller final payment.
