Return & Exchange Policy
We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction when you shop on Orgain.com! Returns and exchanges are free! We cover the cost and will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, no extra fees involved! We simply ask that you start your return or exchange within 30 days of being fulfilled and please submit them via our Returns & Exchange center.
Disclaimer
- Please note, we are not responsible for returns without an Orgain provided pre-paid return shipping label.
- Please do not refuse shipments by contacting FedEx or USPS. All returns must be shipped back using the pre-paid return shipping label so they are shipped back to the respective fulfillment center and so there are no processing delays in refunds.
- All returns or exchanges must be processed via our return & exchange center.

Instant Credit
- You may be eligible for Instant Credit that you can use like a gift card to place a new order. Click here to learn more about Instant Credit. Please note, you are not obligated to use it, if you prefer not to use it please do not use it and you will be refunded back to the original payment type.

- You'll receive a return authorization, a pre-paid return label. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Print, pack, and drop it off to the nearest carrier location.
