Per the FDA, food labels must declare the food source names of any ingredients that are one of the major food allergens or contain any protein derived from a major food allergen.
Immediately after the list of ingredients, Orgain products do have a "contains" statement to inform you if the product is formulated with any of the major allergens mentioned.
The top 9 major allergens are:

- Fish (ex. bass, flounder, cod)
- Crustacean shellfish (ex. crab, lobster, shrimp)
- Tree nuts (ex. almonds, walnuts, pecans, coconuts)
- Peanuts
- Wheat
- Soybeans
- Sesame
