Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation emails with tracking information. On your shipping, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation emails:
- To track your order or first tracking ID, please click on the “Track Package” button.
- To track multiple packages click on the “View Order Status” button to see all applicable tracking IDs associated with your order.
Alternatively, you can log into your account, locate your recent order, click on the order number to view all of your tracking IDs.

How long does shipping and delivery take?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days.
During peak promotional times (big sale, holiday, etc) it may take up to 3-4 business days to process an order.
Please keep in mind, orders are fulfilled out of the closest warehouse (east coast or west coast) to help reduce transit times with the carrier. All carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) may also experience challenges which may also cause slight delays. As soon as your order ships, you will be notified via email.

No, you do not need to be home for delivery, your order will not require signature. We do not require signature upon delivery.
