To reset your password please follow these steps:
- Click on Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Submit
- Check your email inbox (or spam folder). You should receive a password reset email with a link
- Open the email and then click Reset Password.
- You'll be taken to a new page to confirm your new password.

How do I change the login email address on my account?
Please contact us so we can help update your login account to a new email address. Please let us know your old email address and the new preferred email address. Please note, we cannot merge accounts if you have more than one account created under separate email addresses.
How do I delete my account?
We're so sad to see you go! To request an account deletion, please visit: https://www.jotform.com/build/220835518999169
- Select "Orgain.com Orders, Returns, ShakeUp Rewards"
- Next, in the "type of order inquiry" please select: "Account" and then select "Delete (all personal data)"
- Please provide the rest of the requested information and click submit so we can process the request.
Deleting your account would delete all of your personal data, including ShakeUp Rewards points (if you are opted into the program and earning points on purchases).
