Yes, your order may ship in multiple packages (at no extra cost to you). Sometimes these packages are not delivered on the same day.
To track multiple packages, please refer to your Shipping, Out for Delivery, or Delivery Confirmation emails and click on the “View Order Status” button to see all applicable tracking IDs associated with your order. You can also log into your account to view all of your tracking IDs.
