To report an issue with an order you received, please visit our chat and follow the steps below:
- Visit Orgain.com and click the chat icon on the bottom left of the screen.
- Navigate to "Track and Manage my Orders"
- Locate the order number, then click "Report Issue"
- Select the topic that best describes your issue. We are happy to help!
Please take some photos of the damages. In addition to using our chat feature, you may also contact us and share the photos of the damages, confirm the item(s) that were impacted, and your resolution preference of a refund or replacement. We'll quickly file a claim, and process a refund or replacement order at no extra cost to you asap! Please contact us within 45 days of your order ship date to report any issues.
