Shipping Policy
- Orgain.com ships to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes
- All orders (one-time purchase and subscription) shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.
- All one-time purchase orders shipping to 48 contiguous states ship for free with a minimum subtotal value of $75 or more after discounts are applied to the order. Note, all one-time purchase orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states with a subtotal value less than $75 after discounts are applied are subject to a flat $9.95 shipping fee. Orgain.com gift cards and sales tax are excluded and do not contribute to the subtotal.
- All subscription orders shipping to 48 contiguous states ship for free with a no minimum order value required.
- The shipping carrier is automatically assigned by our fulfillment system based on the shipping address provided at the time the order is placed.

PO Box
All orders shipping to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Smartpost (FedEx will ship the order and hand it off to the post office nearest to the final destination. USPS will take care of the final delivery).
Forwarding Services
If you choose to ship to a forwarding company, Orgain.com is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a forwarding service company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Orgain.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to a forwarding service.
