First you have to create an account and password on Afterpay to log in. You can do this after your first purchase with Orgain.com, or before.
If you do it before, then just go to the website, select “Sign-up” and follow the prompts! Easy.
If you’ve already made a purchase, then you will automatically have an account but you will have to create a password to log in. You can do this by following the link in the email we sent you after your first purchase or go to “Log in” on our website and select “Forgot your Password?”.
Now – if you are on a mobile device and you’re having issues logging in then try this:
- Make sure you have strong internet bars
- Try updating to the most recent operating software and browser
- Close any other browsers you have open and extra browser tabs you have open and then restart
- Make sure you’re NOT using “Private Browsing” or “Incognito Mode”
Ok – now this is important.
Make sure you are using the same email address to log in to Afterpay that you gave Orgain.com when you made your first purchase!

Can I take a break from Afterpay?
If at any time you would like to stop using Afterpay, you just need to get in touch with Afterpay directly and let them. Afterpay can help apply a temporary freeze to your account which will prevent you from being able to shop. The freeze can be lifted at any time.
