There are a couple ways, see below and it depends on the order type (the type of items that are in cart).
Either at checkout or in your account to discount a future recurring subscription order.

To redeem points at checkout* on a one-time purchase or new Subscribe & Save Order:

1. To redeem points on a one-time purchase or new Subscribe & Save order at checkout, please add items to cart and proceed to checkout. 2. When logged in, you will see your reward options at checkout. See visual below. |

To redeem points on an ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION order: |
1. Log into your account by clicking here. Navigate to the ShakeUp Rewards section and click "Redeem for Discount Code". 2. Click on the preferred amount to redeem and a unique code will be generated for you. 3. Please copy this code! 4. While in your account, navigate to the top and click on "Manage Subscriptions" and find your existing active subscription. 5. Scroll to the "Apply Discount Code" button to paste and apply the discount code. 6. *Don't forget, if you've already applied a promo code to your subscription, please ensure to remove it by clicking on "remove discount code" so you can apply a new code by clicking on "apply discount code". :)
