Due to system limitations, you will not see points redeemable at checkout. Please follow the steps outlined below.
If you would like to place a new first subscription order at checkout, you'll need to login to your account, redeem points for a code, copy the code and then paste it in the promo code/discount section at checkout.
Step 1: Log in to your account, click here
Step 2: Below your Account Dashboard, navigate to the "Redeem points on an existing subscription" section
Step 3: Click on the preferred amount to redeem and confirm "Yes"
Step 4: A unique code will be generated, copy the code by clicking on it.
Step 5: Shop the website, select and add to cart subscriptions based items. Then, proceed to check out. At checkout, paste the code in the Promo Code box and click "Apply".
