Fulfillment - The safety of our staff is important to us. There may be processing delays at our fulfillment center due to the high volume of orders, hazardous winter climate impacts, and pandemic precautions causing staff shortages with our fulfillment center partner. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days but may require an extra 3-5 business days to process. The fulfillment centers are open but with reduced capacity for outbound fulfillment and also limited pick ups from carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Please keep in mind, orders are typically fulfilled out of the closest warehouse (east coast or west coast) to the shipping address to help reduce transit times with the carrier.

Production - The pandemic has had implications on production, demand and supply chains, key areas that underpin standard production cycles and processes. With that said, production levels have been lower than normal. Rest assured we are trying our best to keep production high to keep up with the demand.
Inventory - We’re doing our best to keep enough inventory in our warehouse to meet demand. If an item goes out of stock, please sign up to our back-in-stock notification by clicking the “Notify Me When Available” button on the item’s page. You’ll receive an instant notification via email when the item becomes available. Please note this will not hold an item for you, it will only allow us to notify you when it becomes available again.
