How do I cancel my active subscription product?

Steps:

1. Login to your subscription account - to login directly please visit: https://orgain.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access
2. Then click on "Edit" to the active subscription you want to change.
3. Then underneath the Card on File section, click on "Cancel Subscription". Please see screenshot below, red arrow.
4. On the following page, you'll be prompted to enter a cancellation reason. Select the reason and add comments, and then click Cancel My Subscription. You should then receive an email confirmation.
