How can I check my Shop Pay Installments Balance?
f you checked out with Shop Pay Installments, you can view your remaining installment balance and payment schedule at any time. You can even make a manual payment to pay off your balance early.
How to view my installment balance:
Shop Pay site:
1. Sign in to your Shop Pay account with the same email address used to sign up for installments.
2. From the Shop Pay Account screen, locate the installment purchase for Orgain.com and click to review the remaining balance and payment schedule.
In the Shop app:
1. Sign into the Shop app
2. On the "Home" screen, locate the installment purchase and click to review the remaining balance and payment schedule.
Can I change my payment schedule?
At this time, Shop Pay Installments cannot be rescheduled or combined with other installment payment schedules. The schedule is set based on the date of purchase. You can log in to make early payments on an installment without penalty or fee.
Can I make an early payment on Shop Pay Installments?
Yes! When you elect to pay in installments, your payment schedule will be set to make automatic payments. You can make a manual payment to your Shop Pay installment balance by logging in.
Via the Shop Pay site:
1. Sign in to your Shop Pay account
2. From the Home page, locate and click the purchase you want to make a payment on
3. Click "Make Payment"
4. In the "Amount to Pay" section, select your preferred option. You can enter a custom amount greater than $1 and less than or equal to your total remaining amount
5. Select your preferred payment method from the drop-down menu in the Card section
6. Click "Pay now"
7. Click "Continue" to confirm the payment. Done!
In the Shop App:
1. Sign in to the Shop app
2. From the Home page, locate and click the purchase you want to make a payment on
3. Tap "View installments"
4. Tap "Make a payment"
5. In the "Amount to Pay" section, select your preferred option. You can enter a custom amount greater than $1 and less than or equal to your total remaining amount
6. Tap your preferred payment method in the Card section
7. Tap "Pay now"
8. Tap "Continue" to confirm the payment. Done!
