Our SMS feature will recognize eight keywords that allow you to manage your active subscription(s). Simply reply to the text with any of the eight keywords below and you will receive an automatic response.
Please see the below chart to understand how your keywords can help you manage your subscription.
|Opt-in for SMS reminders about your upcoming subscription(s). You can text "START" even after you have previously opted out of SMS communication.
|Stop receiving SMS reminders about your subscription. Note: This will not cancel your subscription. It will only pause SMS communications.
|Modify Order/ Modify
Text "Modify" to make changes to your subscription. Reply to confirm the product you would like to modify. You will receive a menu with more options to modify your subscription:
Skip Order / Skip
To skip your upcoming order, reply "Modify", then "Skip" before the upcoming charge date.
You may receive a message asking to confirm. Reply "YES" To confirm to ensure your next subscription is skipped. If not, your order will still be processed on the charge date.
|End Subscription / Cancel
|To cancel your subscription, please be sure to send "End Subscription" or "Cancel" before the charge date. You may receive a message asking to confirm. Reply "YES" to confirm to ensure your subscription is cancelled. If not, your order will still be processed on the charge date.
|To reactivate a cancelled subscription, text "Reactivate". You may receive a message asking to confirm. Reply "YES" to confirm to ensure your subscription is reactivated. If not, you will not receive a new shipment.
|You will receive a message stating the product type and next order date for any active subscription(s).
